"There's nothing a Cupcake and Coffee can't solve."
~ Marie Williams Johnstone
Can you believe that the first mention of “cupcake” was traced in the year 1796? I feel sorry for the era before that!!! I love cupcakes... who doesn’t! They’re individual, special, various, creative, delish, colorful. A good cupcake can make you travel in time... taking you to those days when you used to come back from school and the smell of a good baked cupcake is filling the air... priceless
Cupcakes always look nice on a dessert table... almost all cake recipes that you have in your recipe notebook can be baked in a cup. Kids love it and appreciate it as a good addition to their lunchboxes, and they love to help decorating them. I like the idea of a wedding cake cupcakes, it gives a contemporary and trendy effect:)
I don’t have anything against using ready mixes, I mean it’s so easy...it takes almost only the time of baking. Frankly, I used to use them when there’s no time to even think of the ingredients needed to finish any dessert... until I read something about the ingredients used! This might not be an accurate info, but no one argues when the subject has a direct effect on our little monsters health. Few extra minutes won’t really harm anyone!
